Freshmen Board Representatives Needed!

Hi Spectrum Members!
The Executive Board is pleased to announce our first annual petitions for Freshmen Board Representatives! These positions are going to be fun and very important to our board. Because we want a spectrum of ideas and opinions represented in our group, having board members in every school year is also important. Freshmen Board Representatives will be able to tell us what their areas of interests are so the positions are tailored to what you want to learn! For example, if you really want experience with fundraising or publicity, we will make sure that is what you get to work on! In addition, we are a young group so all board members are intensely involved in shaping Spectrum's future through work on group organization, the official constitution, and mission statements. If you are interested in being part of Northwestern's exciting political social action theater company, apply to be a Board Rep! Below is the official application/petition form. Please fill it out and have it turned in by 5pm on Friday, October 27 in the Norris folders or electronically to Emily and Julie. Petitions are during Saturday, October 28th between 2-4pm. To be considered, you must sign up for a petition interview time. If none of the times available in the Norris folders work for you, contact us and we will do our best to find another time.

Freshman Board Representative Petition Form

Thank you for your interest in Spectrum Theater Company. Spectrum is a new student theater organization dedicated to bringing thought-provoking and issue based theater to the campus community. We want to know what students and members of the campus community care about and, through the use of theater, approach and explore these issues.

We are currently looking for two freshman board representatives. To petition, please answer these questions on a separate sheet and attach it to this cover sheet. Then sign up in the Norris folder for a petition time.
